Inmiddels hebben vier gesprekken plaatsgevonden. Volgens Astrid Meier, één van de gesprekspartners namens het kernteam, verhelderen de gesprekken veel. ‘We kwamen erachter dat er veel onduidelijkheden waren en dat de dingen juridisch gezien weer net iets anders liggen dan gedacht. Logisch, want het is behoorlijk complex.’
De feiten op een rijtje
Om één en ander te verduidelijken is Astrid samen met een jurist van Rijkswaterstaat alle feiten voor circulair terreinbeheer zo helder mogelijk op een rijtje aan het zetten. Belangrijk om te vermelden is dat het Rijk voornemens is om de Vrijstellingsregeling aan te passen. De afstand waarover maaisel mag worden vervoerd, wordt dan van één naar 5 kilometer uitgebreid. Astrid: ‘Al hadden we nog liever gezien dat dit 10 kilometer was, we zijn er toch erg blij mee. Dit resultaat is mede door de inspanningen van het kernteam bereikt!’
